We issue a fixed-scope proposal with a clear deliverable list, timeline, and price. No ambiguity, no open-ended day rates. Once you sign and pay the kick-off invoice, your project slot is confirmed and we schedule the first workshop within five working days.
The engagement begins with a two-hour kick-off workshop — in person in Dublin or via video for remote clients — where we align on goals, introduce the audit framework, and set the calendar for every subsequent delivery milestone. From this point, your content factory is under construction.

The Practice is headquartered in Dublin 2, but the majority of our engagements are delivered remotely or in a hybrid format. All onboarding materials, pipeline documentation, and strategy outputs are designed to work asynchronously, so geography is not a constraint. We have completed factory builds for teams in Cork, Galway, Belfast, and London. If your team is distributed across multiple offices or time zones, we design the onboarding programme specifically around your communication rhythms — we do not ask your team to conform to a one-size process that was built for a single-office setup.
